I wanted to work with someone who was: honest; kind; and who actually heard me (I've found that just because someone is listening, doesn't mean they hear you). He meets all of the above. He is a Subject Matter Expert in the field (not just a certificate holder as some are), his office is conveniently located, and there is ample parking.
